How to Get Points
All Telkomsel customers obtain points based on the type of SIM card being used and according to the point collection mechanism as follows

- Point calculation commences in March 1st, 2014
- For kartuHalo CoIDRorate customers, Points can only be given for CoIDRorate Business customers
- For HaloHybrid customers, points obtained from usage within the postpaid mode and for reload within the prepaid mode will not result in any point
- Points that belong to someone cannot be transferred to other numbers.
- Points will be given and added to the customers according to the following conditions:

Once the calculation/billing rating process is through. (SLA 3 x 24 Hours) - Prepaid :
H+1 starting from when the customers reload their credit balance, max. 1x24 hours

Point Validity Period
- Point collection period is 1 calendar year (Januaryt 1st-December 31st on-going year
- Point validity of N year period is up to March 31st of the next year (N+1)

Notes:
- For 2014, point collection period starts in March 1st, 2014 and ends in December 31st, 2014. Collected points are accumulative.
- Collected points can be redeemed with various TELKOMSELpoin offerings until March 31st, 2015 at 23:59


Point Offerings and Reward Catalogue
Customers can redeem the points they have (Point Redemption) with several offering selections, which are:

- Point Redemption with telco package products (SMS, voice, data).
- Point Redemption with digital package products (NSP, content, games, voucher e-book).
- Point Redemption with various interesting products and discounts from selected merchants.

- MyTelkomsel app (customers can download the app at http://ouo.io/Tszt1).
- Access to UMB *700#.
- Call center 133 (kartuHalo) and 155 (simPATI & KartuAs).

Specifically in TELKOMSELpoin program, customers will be tiered/status-based under these conditions:

Customers' Tier-Category Evaluation:
- Customers' Priority, Gold, and Red status or tier will be evaluated monthly based on the average billing or reload over the recent 6 months.
- Tier validity is 6 months.
- Tier upgrade may be conducted before 6 months, if the average billing or reload (with the 6-month assumption) has met the higher tier criteria
- While for tier downgrade will only be effective once tier validity ends
- Specifically from Mass customers can immediately be put into Red, if the billing or the recent 1 month reload reaches a minimum of IDR 50,000
- For customers who migrate from prepaid to postpaid, the points and tier will also be migrated. As for tier evaluation period, the calculation will be restarted since the customers are listed as postpaid customers.
